Three Months Old

Three months old already, only nine more months of being a baby and it is going by so fast.  She is such a blessing to have and I can't go on enough about how lucky I feel to be her mother.  How could God give me such an adorable and sweet little girl to love?  Everyday she seems to be learning something new or doing something different.  Listening to her little laughs and seeing that little smile must be is definitely the highlight to mine and Chris' day. 

Weight: 13.4 lbs

Length: 25 inches
Favorite Toy: She loves her teddy bear, her little turtle that hangs from her car seat and her linking circles. 
Favorite Food: Formula

Favorite Game: She loves when we pretend to nibble on her toes.  She stills loves us to sing and dance with her.  She is starting to like "peek-a-boo".

Sleeping Habits: Sleeps until about 5:00 or 6:00 every morning.  It is very nice.  On the weekends she when she wakes up we will feed her a few ounces and she will go back to sleep and we can sleep in a little longer.

New Skills: She is talking up a storm to us a lot now.  She tries to sit up on her own all the time.  We can hold her and she can stand on her feet.  One morning Chris and I were playing with her in bed.  He was holding her and she just began taking steps all the way to me.  We did a little swap and then she began walking to Chris while I held her.  We both just sat there quiet looking at each other in amazement. 
Size of Clothes: Pretty much out of newborn size clothes.  Some 0-3 month clothes but mostly all 3 month pants and onesies.  Size 1 diapers still but getting close to outgrowing them.

  

  

Baby Coos and Jimmy Choos

Wait, I don't think that is how it goes.  Oh well, but anyway you should hear how much this cutie pie is talking lately.  It's like a switch went off and she found her voice.  She talked before but all of a sudden she is cooing a ton with us.  It is just so precious.

Brielle's First Thanksgiving

I love Thanksgiving food, I mean I really really love it.  I could eat my mom's mashed potatoes everyday I think.  I can't wait until Brielle can get messy and eat them too.  Brielle enjoyed her yummy formula though.  She liked it, I know because she told me so.  We all took turns eating so someone could hold the baby while the others ate.  We watched football, which she actually really loves to do, and played all day.  I actually had a lot of editing to catch up on since we had extra arms for Brielle to sit in, I was grateful.   The other super awesome thing was we got to have a fire!

Spending the Day with Mommy

Today is my birthday and I am 28, oh my gosh!  I have a bunch of vacation time so I am taking random days off here and there so today was one of them.  Brielle and I spent the day together doing all sorts of things.  We went to the social security office to have my last name officially changed (took long enough ya think).  Sarah and Brylee went along too because Sarah also needed to change her name.  After that fun adventure we went to Bass Pro to see if we could buy these awesome fleece jackets Sarah thought were on sale for an early Black Friday event, no such luck.  We ended up walking around and spending a lot of time in the Winter Wonderland where Santa comes.  Brylee really enjoyed it all and Brielle was very content with how much "stuff" she had to look at.  I must say it was actually pretty cute the way they decorated everything in there for the kids.  We finished our time at the store by eating lunch there.  Brielle and I then went to Dilly Deli to meet Uncle Mark, Aunt Kristie, Lauren and Derek.  They live in Chicago and were driving to Oklahoma City for Thanksgiving.  They wanted to get to see Brielle so they stopped while they drove through Tulsa.  She got the cutest little Christmas outfits from them and I can't wait to put them on her.  After they awesome chocolate shake at the Dilly Deli we wnt home so I could pack for our trip to Arkansas.  We will be spending the next few days at my moms house. 

Zzzzzzzz

8 hours, I repeat 8 HOURS.  Ummm did you hear me, 8 HOURS!!!!  Why am I repeating myself, because that's how long Brielle slept last night!  WOO HOO.  Of course I constantly woke up through out the night to make sure she was still breathing (don't worry all you people who don't have children yet and will one day, you will understand why sometime in the future.)  It was amazing.  She is starting to eat more ounces at a time so she stays more full longer which means more sleep for her which in turn means more sleep for mom and dad.  Watch, tonight she will get up more than once ; ).

Two Months Old

Our sweet baby girl is already two months old!  Wow, it is going so fast and boy is she growing.  It really seems like she is doing something new everyday.  I will say though I am enjoying as she gets older more so than the new born stage.  It just gets more and more fun.

Favorite Toy: She loves rattles, anything with a percussion noise gets her attention. 
Favorite Food: Formula I am back to work now and pumping for the two ounces I produce isn't really worth it.
Favorite Game: She loves when we sing to her.  She likes her swing a little more now as well.
Sleeping Habits: Wakes up about once a night.  Sometimes two times but that is rare.
New Skills: She can hold her head up so well now.  She coos and smiles all the time and of course when I get my camera out to capture it they usually stop. 
Size of Clothes: Some new born and size 0-3 months

New Leggings

Cute new leggings were given to Brielle by my mom and they are so blog worthy.  Seriously they are so cute if I wore them I may work out more, key word is "may".  I mean look at how cute this little baby is.
